1. Haven Home Furnishings Limited has taken the utmost care to represent all images in their true representations. All images and colours are best represented but individual perception may be subject to several factors including monitor configurations or different computer systems. Sometimes, colour representation on screen may not be completely accurate.

2. All items for sale are subject to availability from stockholding or suppliers. Where some items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of the next available delivery date. In the unlikely case that a product has become discontinued by suppliers then we will offer a substitute product. If you do not wish to take up the offer then we will issue a full refund.

3. Despite our best efforts, some prices, descriptions and specifications may be incorrect. We can assure you that we will never misrepresent products intentionally, but sometimes errors or omissions can occur.

4. All deliveries take place within the specified time period which is 5 to 10 working days. Some products may take longer and where this is the case we will advise you on the product specification.

5. Some products that are available are subject to certain age conditions. Where this is the case, we believe the consumer to be compliant with the stipulations at the time of purchase.

6. Until a customer's credit or debit card has been charged for the sale of our products or services, no contract will exist or apply between a customer and Haven Home Furnishings Limited. The charging of the customer's card will be deemed our acceptance of their offer and the effective communication of our acceptance to them.

7. If for any reason a customer wishes to cancel their order, the order can be cancelled up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. This is done by sending an email to sales@havendirect.com marked clearly with the order reference provided.  We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.

8. All transactions are conducted in full accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In addition, Haven Home Furnishings Limited is fully compliant with the Distance Selling Goods regulations.

9. We reserve the right to change the prices, product specifications or withdraw products without prior notice.

10. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
