What happens if the item I order is not in stock or has diminished availability? |

If a product is currently out of stock, we will write back to you to advise of the anticipated delivery date. If there are unforseen problems that lead to longer than expected delivery times, we will issue a full refund or suggest an alternative product. |

How long does it usually take for my order to reach me? |

Our usual delivery timescale is between five to ten working days (these exclude saturday and sunday). For some specialist items it may take a little longer. |

If I order multiple items will they be delivered together? |

We will try our best to deliver all items to your designated address together. However, sometimes due to lead times, some orders may have to split up and delivered in stages. |

If my order comes to me damaged, can i get a replacement free of charge? |

Absolutely. If you receive a product in a damaged state, please nofity us within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange an free of charge exchange of the damaged product. |

If I order something and then don't want it can I return it? |

If for some reason any products do not meet your expectations, Haven Home Furnishings Limited must be notified of full intention to return any goods within 3 working days from receipt of products. This can be done by sending an email to sales@havendirect.com quoting your order reference number. We will then issue a refund less the logistics costs within 28 days. |
