All deliveries will take place within 5 to 10 days of the placement of the order. Any order cancellations must be made within 24hrs of order placement. Please note that the cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement to avoid incurring specialist carriage or overseas shipping charges. All deliveries will take place Monday to Friday only and a standard charge of £4.95 will be made on all orders (comprising of single items or multiple items). The standard charge of £4.95 applies to mainland UK only. Some areas within the UK may be subject to a higher charge. For overseas orders, a separate charge will be levied.

We will always try to deliver multiple orders together unless one of the products is temporarily out of stock, in which case it will be forwarded within a later agreed timescale. Only one delivery charge is payable.

If any products are temporarily out of stock we will notify you of this. If the products have been discontinued then a full refund will be given within 28 days.

RETURNS

Non-faulty – (unwanted)

If for some reason any products do not meet your expectations, Haven Home Furnishings Limited must be notified of full intention to return any goods within 7 working days starting the day after the deilvery of the products. This can be done by sending an email to sales@havendirect.com quoting your order reference number.   We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.

In case of returns the full amount will be returned to you without quarrel. Any monies owed will be returned to the consumer within 30 days of the cancellation.

All returns that are non-faulty must be returned unused with the original packaging (preferably unopened) securely wrapped for postage purposes.

Please ensure that you have a proof of postage from the post office such as those given with special or recorded delivery. Haven Home Furnishings Limited will not be held responsible for any goods lost in the postal system.

Any items returned to us damaged in the post are the responsibility of the sender and not the responsibility of Haven Home Furnishings Limited. We will not issue a refund in this case.

Faulty goods

If for some reason any products do not meet your expectations, Haven Home Furnishings Limited must be notified of full intention to return any faulty goods within 24 hours from receipt of products. This can be done by sending an email to sales@havendirect.com quoting your order reference number.  We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Haven Home Furnishings Limited will arrange the collection of the faulty products and delivery of any replacement goods. All faulty items will be replaced with the exact similar product.


Specialist items that cannot be returned if unwanted

Please note that some items cannot be returned once the goods have been delivered. This can be due to many factors. Please find below a list of products that have special return policies attached to them. If you are unsure as to the special terms and conditions that apply to the products below please feel free to call our customer services team on 01274 612900 or email on sales@havendirect.com.  We will respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Rugs – These items cannot be returned once the goods have been delivered to the customers address.

Furniture – All furniture that requires self – assembly cannot be returned once the assembly process has begun.

Duvets, pillows and bedding – Once any of these products have been opened we are unable to take them back due to reasons of hygiene.

Mirrors – If the packaging has been removed from the mirrors it is no longer safe for us to arrange collection in a suitable way.
